- 1 lb. favorite ground meat
- 1 tbs minced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 15oz cans tomato sauce
- 2-3 tbs Epicure Marinara sauce mix
- 16 oz. dried spaghetti
- 2 1⁄2 cups favorite stock or water (or combo)
Add the ground beef, minced onion, and garlic powder to the Instant Pot. Use Saute mode to brown the meat. Once browned, stir in the canned tomato sauce and marinara sauce mix.
Break the noodles in half or thirds and mix into the sauce/meat mixture. Pour in the broth and water. Give it a gentle stir, making sure the noodles are submerged as much as possible.
Close and seal the lid
Set on Manual, High Pressure and cook for 6 minutes.
Natural release for five minutes and then manual release after that.
