Keto, vegan AND yummy! This isn't a good photo of the chiller, but it is a good photo of how happy it makes me. It's refreshing and not full of yucky ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can coconut milk
  • 1-2 limes or prepared lime juice
  • maple syrup, optional
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Mix coconut milk with lime juice.
  2. add optional sweetner, but you might not even need it!
  3. add ice
  4. Stir OR blend in a blender for a slushie
  5. find cute, fun straw

Notes

Feel free to add any nutritional boosts for your health regimen: collagen, greens powder, probiotics, etc.

You could also make this into ice cream!
